Description
The excursion starts from Athens center where the minibus picks you up together with the tour guide (if selected). Heading towards the northern part of Greece crossing the plain of Boeotia where we meet the very important for the ancient era of Thebes, birthplace of the great ancient king Oedipus.
Making a quick stop for rest after 1 30 hours of driving, we are off to the beautiful mountain of Parnassos. Arrival at the village of Delphi, where it was the place of worship of the god Apollo but also the “center” of the world as you will learn during the tour from the licensed tour guide (if selected) to the archaeological site and museum of Delphi.
After the end of the tour, transfer to the nearby picturesque village, which is one of the most beautiful in Greece, Arachova, where we will stop for the lunch of the day at a restaurant selected for the authenticity of Greek cuisine. Upon completion of the meal, return to Athens and to the starting point for the end of the tour.
