After reaching the first producer in Campania (private transfer included), there will be a brief anthropological introduction to the history of wine in the world, Italy and Campania, followed by a 35min guided visit of the vineyard and winery (where possible) led by the wine producer and by a NWT bilingual sommelier with an introduction to wine harvesting, wine making and wine production techniques, which will be followed by a technical wine tasting of five wines paired with farm-to-table rich appetizers. After the end of the first producer’s tasting, the guests will be transferred to a second natural wine producer where they will uncover a natural way of managing the vineyard and producing the wine. The producer will lead the walk through the vineyard together with the NWT sommelier. At the end of the walk, the guests will enjoy a full lunch in the vineyard and taste the two wines produced in the winery. At the end of the lunch, the guests will be driven back to their accommodation.
