I’m Simone Vergamini, 3rd place in the Best Sommelier of Italy 2018, 2021 and 2022, and it will be a pleasure to accompany you to discover the best wineries. During the journeys I will tell you the history of the area and its traditions, the vines and the peculiarities of the area. It will be a pleasure to answer your questions and I will put all my knowledge at your service so that you will go home enriched.
We will visit 2 splendid wineries representative of the Bolgheri area (usually Chiappini and Grattamacco, alternatively Tenuta di Vaira and Le Novelire) and, after having touched the vineyards and visited the cellars, we will taste the wines produced in combination with local products.
Between one visit and another, a lunch based on typical local products in the heart of the beautiful town of Bolgheri.
