Description
The oldest wine road in Italy offers a superb panorama along the hills where best the Prosecco in the country is produced. The tour begins with a selected winery where an expert will guide you through vineyards and cellars explaining the method of Prosecco making from grape pickling to the fermentation. In the tasting room, we will enjoy the Italy’s finest Prosecco tasting four different types of Prosecco (Brut, extra dry, millesimato, extra brut). Lunch will be served at a “Alla Cima” a local restaurant where you can taste typical cuisine from the Veneto region. In the heart of the Prosecco DOCG production area, it dominates a panorama of vineyards and fields as far as the eye can see, throughout the Piave valley. The “Alla Cima” restaurant, once your eyes have been satiated, also satisfies your appetites very well.
In the afternoon we will visit a typical family-run winery which carries on the family tradition with passion and where you can taste prosecco from centenary vines
